Liquid installed a 100Mb fibre optic internet line, ensuring lightning fast connectivity for a number of tenants in Regent Street.
This also enabled Liquid to install their VoIP system, delivering improved telecommunications for existing clients and offering new tenants the ability to now move in with only a few days' notice. With Liquid taking care of all their IT and communications needs, Crown Estates are now able to provide a solution for new tenants that avoids time consuming and expensive delays.
Cancer Research UK
This leading cancer charity with an income of over £400 million in 2006 was looking for a business continuity partner to help them ensure that their critical people could work from an alternative location in the event of a disaster.
As a charitable trust they are regulated by the Charity Commission whose guidelines recommend having a business continuity plan in place. Liquid worked together with them to ensure that we delivered the best possible value for this charity enabling key workers to relocate to multiple locations as and when required with access to their Information Communications Technology (ICT). They were delighted with our solution at a fraction of the cost of alternative providers.
Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity
This large children’s hospital charity aimed to raise over £20 million in 2007 to provide support for over 100,000 children who are suffering from the rarest, most complex and often life-threatening conditions.
The Charity was initially looking for a disaster recovery solution to comply with the recently introduced Charity Commission regulations. They soon realised that Liquid could provide much more than this, and have taken a 10 Mbps leased line at a more attractive price than that offered by any of our competitors.
